Office Furniture
By allkinds on Sep 28, 2009 | In Home and Garden

I have also have been helping her look for office furniture, since she will be working from home a lot. She needs furniture that will be comfortable and yet extremely useful to her. So we have spent a few hours taking measurements of the room, making sketches on were she wants the furniture to go. She decided that she wants something similar to the picture, but a little bit scaled back. So now we are on the look out for these types of pieces. Hopefully we will find something really soon!
Area Rugs
By allkinds on Sep 28, 2009 | In Home and Garden

A friend of mine just got a place and I have been helping her decorate her new place. Today we were looking at an area rug that she really liked. She wanted one for her dinning room and she thought this was really nice and it would go well with her decor. She is still debating if she is going to purchase it or not, because she had budgeted a certain amount for the area rugs she was going to buy and this one goes over budget. So our search is still on for a nice area rug that would fit her budget. I had not idea that an area rug could cost so much, but looking at many sites today I have seen some pretty expensive ones. If you had to buy an area rug how much would you be willing to spend?
Holiday Gifts

With Christmas around the corner again now is the time to think about buying holiday gifts. Its best to catch items on sale and put them away for Christmas, that way by the time the Christmas season comes you will already been done with your shopping. Or if you are like some people you can wait until its Christmas or after Christmas and buy your gifts for over 50% off in some cases. There are many people who do this, but I guess its all in how you see it. Needless to say there is plenty of time to start that Christmas shopping now.
mesothelioma
By allkinds on Sep 21, 2009 | In Fitness and Health
I was browsing the net looking for some information on a project I am a working on and came across a site that talks about mesothelioma (an asbestos caused cancer). They are offering a free guide for those who are affected by the disease and even for those people who may know someone who has the disease. I also saw that they have a community forum, blog and you can even talk to someone live on their site. This is a very serious illness that affects more people then you can think of. You would think that asbestos does not exists anymore, but it still does they even closed a college building in North Carolina because they found it in the building. Its really something to think about.
Panama City Florida

Have any of you ever been to Panama City Florida? I haven't but I would be interested in going. I like Florida, but I have not been to many of their cities. I have seen Orlando, Kissimmee, St. Augustine and a little bit of Jacksonville but that is about it. I want to see Miami, Daytona Beach, Tampa, Panama City and more. Florida has so much to see and so, you can really get your monies worth there. Where have you been? What is your favorite part of Florida? Or if you live there, what part do you live in? Maybe next year I will pay Florida a visit, it's been a couple of years since I ventured in that direction.
