Have you heard of vicerex? If you haven't it is helps you boost your testosterone levels or so it claims. You know I am very leery about taking anything without asking a doctor first. I have read good and bad reviews about this product. So if you think you have problems with your testosterone, see a doctor first and make sure that you know what is truly wrong with you. You don't want to wind up worst off then you truly was!
Cholesterol Test
By allkinds on Mar 30, 2012 | In Fitness and Health
A couple months ago I went to the doctor for a physical and he did a battery of tests. One of the tests was a Cholesterol Test. My cholesterol was a little high and I was placed on some cholesterol medication. Unfortunately the medication made me sick and I had to stop taking them. One thing I found interesting that you can order a cholesterol test online for about $40. One website I was on had it where you could call or order online. Then you would have to visit one of their labs to have your blood drawn and then you would receive your results in one or two days. I am not sure how well this works, but I found it interesting to say the least.

By allkinds on Mar 27, 2012 | In Fitness and Health
Today is the American Diabetes Association’s Alert Day – a one-day “wake-up call” encouraging Americans to take the Diabetes Risk Test. Nearly 26 million children and adults in the US have diabetes, and another 79 million Americans have prediabetes and are at risk for developing type 2 diabetes. Boar’s Head has teamed up with the American Diabetes Association to spread awareness and encourage Americans to take the test.
Boar’s Head will donate $5 to the American Diabetes Association for every Diabetes Risk Test completed online at facebook.com/AmericanDiabetesAssociation from March 27 to April 27, 2012.
There is significant need to educate the public about diabetes awareness and prevention as the latest diabetes statistics reveal that one in three American adults are at high risk for developing type 2 diabetes. Knowing your risk is the first step to preventing diabetes. For additional information about Boar’s Head and recipes reviewed by the American Diabetes Association, please visit boarshead.com/diabetes.
Irvingiappress

I was watching Dateline the other day and they had a special from the Hansen files. They were talking about the FDA and how they approve medications and how we should be worried about how they conduct clinical trials for new medications. I was shocked and disgusted and could not believe the things I heard and saw while watching the program. I really don't know what the government and Congress are doing or even thinking. It makes me wonder if the FDA approved irvingiappress, which is a diet pill. I wonder if I should believe any pill they approve. Especially when I heard that they do some of these clinical trials in other countries and the people they used are not the best for the trial. And the companies that will do anything to get their medications approved. Did any of you see the program? What did you think about it?

Do you leave in or near Richmond Virginia? If so have you heard of the richmond tennis center? If not then maybe you check them out if you are into tennis, swimming, fitness etc. The Richmond Tennis Center all so known as Midlothian Athletic Club has been around since 1988. They offer a full service health club. They have fitness programs to meet everyone's needs they also provide swimming & aquatics. What is cool about their place is that they have an outdoor water park. Don't know how to swim? No problem they have group and private lessons available. You have to check out the website to get a full list of what they have to offer. They do charge a membership fee, but I didn't see how much it was.
Austin Allergy Doctor
By allkinds on Nov 22, 2011 | In Fitness and Health
There are many people that suffer from allergies, and I am one of them. Anyone can attest that some years are better then others. I have heard that some cities and states are worse for those who suffer from allergies. One doctor told my mom that living in North Carolina is the not good for a person with allergies. But the good thing is there are a lot of allergy doctors who can help lesson the misery that allergies bring. If you live in Austin, Texas you will have no problem finding an austin allergy doctor. I believe they can center dedicated to just that. I am hoping that when the spring comes it won't be a bad allergy season.
best fat burners for men
By allkinds on Sep 1, 2011 | In Fitness and Health
In the past the majority of weight loss commercials and products where geared towards women. The times have changed I have seen more and more commercials catering to both men and women when it comes to weight loss. They have men who are well known promoting their products to get you the buy. Many are claiming to have the best fat burners for men as well. It is getting harder and harder for anyone to try and figure out who is telling the truth and who trying to just get your money. If you are really thinking about buying one of these products, the best thing to do is do your research, read reviews, ask your doctor what he or she thinks about these products.
