Many people have a negative outlook on a mobile home, but like I said I have seen some very nice ones. Some are really big with spacious rooms, have gourmet kitchens and baths. I actually live in a Manufactured house as some call it and I love it. You can save even more money if you buy a model home and then have it moved to the land you want to put it on. Some homes go for as little as $20,000 and some go for over $100,000 depending upon the features and if its a modular, 2 story, dry walled, etc.... So if you are thinking about buying a house look into one, you never know you may just buy one!

You know I was looking for a step stool the other day, and I was amazed to see how many different kids of step stools are available. I mean there are step stools for adults, kids, kitchen, medical, folding, two step, flip, rolling, library, nursing, sports and more. I was lost when I was looking for one. I was just looking for a sturdy step stool. The prices I saw varied on the type of step stool you want and some can be pretty steep. In the end I didn't find the one I was looking for, so I guess I will keep looking.

If you are looking for a rental home, one of the best places to look for rental homes is online. There are many websites that are dedicated to rental homes, and there are some sites that have a section for rental homes. Many people check craigslist, but there are other sites that are for rent by owner and you can see virtual tours of the homes. Be sure that when you look at these homes and set up appointments to view them, that you don't go alone. I have heard about people scamming others claiming to be the owner and they are not. Some of these people have been robbed for the rent money or some send money for the place without even stepping foot in the place. So you want to makse sure you do your homework and if something does not seem right, walk away or don't even go and see the place. It's better to be safe then sorry!

There are many places to find great, money saving coupons. Everyone knows you can find coupons in your Sunday newspapers. But you may not be aware of other ways to get them.

I was looking for some swimming pool supplies when I came across a pool heat pump at PoolSupplyUnlimited.com. I never understood why some people didn't want to keep their pools until I started to see how much some of these supplies cost. Some of these heat pumps are a over a thousand dollars. I personally don't use a heat pump. Some people can't afford the upkeep and decide to take their pools down. I feel if you do your homework and search around you can find some affordable supplies for your pool. I can't complain the expenses have not been to bad. I did notice that my electric bill went up, also the chemicals can get a bit pricey. But it's still worth it to me. Some pools cost more to upkeep then others, the bigger the pool the more it will cost since it will require more chemicals, if you go to a discount store you can save money on chemicals. All and all I enjoy pools they can be very relaxing.

I heard that the mountains in North Carolina are really pretty. I have been living in North Carolina for a little over 5 years now, but I have never ventured to the mountains. I picture tons of trees very colorful leaves, beautiful streams and a lot of log cabins decorated with mountain living furniture. You know furniture made out of logs like the one pictured. Of course I am stretching my imagination, not all of the houses are log cabins, but that is what I pictured. Maybe one day I will take my family and venture to the mountains, I know there is a lot to do and see there. If I am not mistaken it about a few hours maybe 3-4 hours from my house. So a day trip would be really fun seeing all of the sites while we drive up there.
