Wouldn’t it be nice to have a home theater in your house? Complete with home theater seating, popcorn machine, concession stand and soda machine. I think that would be so cool and the way things are with all of these DIY shows and websites as well as with the down economy you can do yourself and for cheap. Check around eBay, Craigslist and Classifieds in your paper you can find so many things for cheap. You can make your own home theater room in your house for probably about $2,500 maybe even less!

My sister bought an electric fireplace a few months ago, I had no idea they had such a product until she told she was going to buy one. Then when I saw a picture of it in her house it got my attention. It seems like these are all the rage as I have been seeing electric fireplaces all over the place. It can be really nice to have one, especially if you live in an apartment and you want that look and feel, if you ever move you can take it with you. Or if you have your own home you can have one in one room and switch to different rooms if you wanted to. I also heard that they actually give off heat and warm up your home. They are not that expensive as you can find some for as low as a few hundred dollars.

It’s almost that time again, springtime that is. Time to make our gardens and outdoors spaces look beautiful. I love the spring and the nice beautiful weather; I am so done with winter. I have always wanted some beautiful wicker furniture to go with my patio furniture. I think I may just look into it, I think I will think about setting up an outdoor living space to hang out with my family and friends. What do you think about spring? What are you plans?

I was watching DIY the other day and they had a show on in which they pimped Guy Fieri’s garage. They had all sorts of cool car parts, TV’s, bar, frig etc.. It came out nice when they were done with it. The garage was as big as some peoples houses, but of course this guy is rich no pun intended. Wouldn’t it be cool to pimp your garage or a room in your house with any car parts or even Ferrari parts? Maybe you can have the guy from DIY show come over and do it all for free, at least I think it’s free. I think the show is called Garage Mahal?

In my last post I talked about changing the carpet in my house. I am really not sure if I want to do tile flooring or laminate flooring. I saw some tiles that I liked, but I also like laminate as well. I am really digging the color tiles pictured. Who knows I may even go with vinyl I guess it all depends on what I can find and the budget when I am ready to do it.
