Tear off all your personal info and send their trash back with their own provided postage paid envelope.
Now THEY loose money again.

If you did this for every trash mail sent to you, I'm sure junk mail would stop quick. At the same time it would help keep our postal workers employed.

Fight back:

* The register domain service that allow these scam artists to have their website is GoDaddy. Email them and ask if they would like to see hundreds of blogs about how they support "companies" that prey on the innocent...

* File a complaint with the better business bureau (BBB).

* Blog, and tell the same to every1 on Facebook digg, myspace,etc....

My husband and I have owned a sleep number bed for about 7 years. It is a king size and we both have control over our own air bladder for firmness/softness. I have really enjoyed the bed through 2 pregnancies. It was really wonderful to be able to adjust the mattress with a remote as my weight changed.

My husband has a bad back and we really got it primarily for him. He, unfortunately, doesn't really care for it and never has. We've kept it because I liked it and we spent a TON of money on it!

I have noticed recently that it is starting to show some wear. The foam under the matress cover has broken down considerably. I haven't investigated as to whether or not we can purchase replacement parts for the items that are wearing out, but I did expect it to last longer than 7 years.

This is just a little taste of what to expect if you decide to get sucked into ordering this product. Here is my final complaint letter after shipping the product back.
After numerous attempts to reach some level of competent customer service, just to inquire about the shipping delay, I finally received the product,however my experience with just trying to reach customer service led me to question the integrity of this product and when I opened the box my suspicions were further supported by the absence of any care instructions,just some bottles of product with barely any ingredients data to inform the consumer about content and instruction and the final tip off for me was the packing slip again with no contact info for customer service i.e PHONE NUMBER ad to that the packing slip looked like it was printed on a full sheet of paper and cut in half with a butter knife by a pre-schooler.In short I don’t find this product or distribution to be reputable I wouldn’t dare even ingest one dose of this product .I packed all the bottles back into the original box and mailed back with my request for full refund and I do want my $11.00 shipping fee included in the refund being I did not receive the questionable product untill well after the claim of shipping within 24 hours via 2-day USPS priority mail in fact it took 9 days!!!!!!
Further more I find it very disturbing to this day there is no phone number to reach customer service or the manufacturer of this product, and when e-mailing for help it’s worse then communicating with Helen Keller!

I also recieved one of these letters and upon reading the fine print realized it was for their merchandise only. The fee on mine was $59.00 not $37.00. Glad I riped mine up also!! Your right it is a rip off. All beware!!!

i knew it was a scam the minute i read it . for one any legitimate card company would just tag your first bill with the fee involved . they would not ask for a check for $37 up front.. when i read that part i said "hell no", anyway i thought i would check them out on your site.. thanks for letting people know the real story.

I received one over the weekend -- ironically after I contacted the credit bureaus to clear up inaccurate information on my credit record. So, I suspect that the credit bureaus may be working with this group.

I was sure glad I read this comment, I receive the letter today and I was excited because that would of been my biggest credit limit and I was seriously thinking of openning the account and cutting up my other small credit cards. I am happy that I read this and the reason I checked them out was because I found it strange that they did not have form asking for salary information, these no good people, I am about to rip that paper into tiny pieces.
